I’d be lying if I said that Libby and Bennett weren’t excited for the kids to go back to school.
They had their first day all planned.
A bubble bath.
A movie.
And Ramen noodles for lunch.
Meg asked if I missed them when they went back to school.
And I said yes.
Then she said but not for a while.
Yup, not for a while.
And this is not an announcement
but we caught some monarch caterpillars to raise
and put some lockers in our mud room
and have a science kit.
But I. Am. Not. Homeschooling.
But it’s totally cool if that’s your thing.








And Bennett turned five!
He had his first friends birthday party.
We made baked cake donuts and
then decorated them to look like monsters.
Because that was the very loose theme.
