Baby boy's quilt. This is my first attempt at machine quilting...it looks o.k.
This child about got herself sold to the gypsies this week....grrr.
Katie-in-a-box: Harry and David truffles, hot chocolate mix, an old doll dress, old sheet music, some home-made cards, a jar of wooden spools, old buttons, mascara, an embroidered table runner, clothes pins, an enamel pot, some cute girl flannel, and some old flash cards.
I'm so glad that it's Friday, so, so glad.
Katie
I want to start painting the laundry room this weekend
The quilt looks awesome! And Elizabeth looks tall. Please ask your children to stop growing until I can come visit.
ReplyDeleteThe girls look so cute! I think we should trade kids like we did when we were little. I will take your girls and you can take my boys :) Love the Katie-in-a-box.
ReplyDeleteI am amazed at the quilt. Of course I am not finished with mine yet. Your girls are so pretty. I know its not featured, but your mantle looks good too.
ReplyDeleteIs there anything cuter than a little pot belly hanging out of an argyle sweater? I think not. Unless it is how much Adeline looks like you at her age. :) Thanks for udated pictures!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the quilt--your girls look so grown up in such a short amount of time! I can't believe how time has flown. The Katie-in-a-box looks pretty spectacular too. Too bad I didn't win it :(
ReplyDeleteThe quilt is better than okay, it looks terrific!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for the lovely box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
